A Contrasting Aluminum Top Rail Provides the Look of Wood With The Durability of Aluminum

We often combine a wood top rail with stainless steel posts or our aluminum railing system. This railing system combined anodized aluminum posts with a flat brown aluminum top rail to provide a low maintenance railing with a look similar to stainless steel. It also blended beautifully in with the house itself.

The first picture below shows the post mounted about 3 inches off the side of the house to allow room to install the fittings. This picture was taken during the installation process and before the excess threads were removed after tensioning.
