10" Saw Blade for Aluminum

You can click on the above photo and go to a large photo to see the blade details. This is a German import that we are offering to customers for their 10"x 5/8" arbor chop saws. It is an 80 tooth with a tooth profile called "Triple Chip" which is used on non-ferrous material especially aluminum. This size saw blade is the most popular size for all the aluminum railings we have ever installed. Our saw is installed on a portable 8 ft. table with extensions for the long top and bottom rails that you are always cutting in all brands when in the field. This blade along with our "Dry Lube" stick that Boeing uses makes for very nice cuts and long blade life with no debris on the finished material like you might get with a wax stick or an oil spray. This is of special concern if you are welding any of the cut areas and are working with mill (unpainted) material. All you have to do is wipe off the white dust. We usually have always knocked off any sharp edges with a small file.
