As you can see here, the designer can get pretty creative with a railing system since the cable will easily follow the design. There are some issues of course with cable in a framing system, but as you can see this application made a large impact on the look of the finished product. The curves especially in black with the silver looking stainless cable was a good choice for this home. The wooden top rail outlines and highlights the railing system and softens the impact of the metal on the interior of the home making a perfect match of product to use in this application.
