Steel Corner Section Using 2"x2"x.120 Tubing
An even larger photo
This photo shows three types of cables used in a very tight corner application (two each 1/8" of different
construction and one 3/16" going through the center of the corner 2 x 2 making a 1" radius. Grommets
were used in the two upper holes, but not in the bottom one.
These cables only have approx. 120 lbs tension and we were getting a nice cable entry and exit
from the tube. With proper cable and fitting layout you can reduce the need to stop and start the cable.
Each stop and start adds a fitting on each end of the cut cable and increases costs accordingly.
