Large remodel part of which was expanding the deck and adding a railing system. Deck allows an uninterrupted view to the southeast of Browns Point and Mt. Rainier.

The railings are a continuous top rail with the standard 1/4" thick glass with pencil ground vertical edges. Note the use of pickets on the stairs to enhance the look of the overall system. This style is quite sturdy and with the larger, but flat top rail gives a distinct outline to the finished product. This house had a horizontal profile and the railings fit nicely into the scheme of things.
