| This waterfront home is at the end of Pt. Fosdick. A smaller continuous railing was used and the deck has our waterproof membrane. The owner is using the area under the deck for entertaining and as a covered area when raining. Waterproofing the deck in this climate makes use of a lot of area under any deck. | 6 |
