Another "Continuous Top Rail" system (Have done at least 4 homes in this one neighborhood)
This system was installed on a waterproof deck that had been closed off below before we got to site making the anchoring more difficult because all the structural members were hidden. The system fit well between existing wooden columns on the lower deck and the overall result was nice as you can see plus the view is unobstructed looking north towards Seattle.
