Customer installed cable system in modified original wooden post system in California
This is a rebuild by a retired homeowner who was tired of looking through the wooden pickets to the Pacific Coast view in California. He modified the system to two posts on the 90 deg. corners so he could run each cable all the way around the deck. Neighbors are now asking him for help on their systems. Note turnbuckles in one photo. We used this to allow him plenty of adjustment since both end posts were too close to the house to get behind them for a threaded stud. We had to use a "Face" mounting bracket on both ends of the cable. One can be seen as part of the turnbuckle.
