Located in Puget Sound about 40 miles south of Seattle and a 20 minute ferry ride from Steilacoom, WA

Cabin was purchased in summer 03 and remodeled for use as a long term rental with new carpets, roof, paint and a large deck addition overlooking the lake and a small park. You can sit and watch the Osprey make their rounds on the lake shore and you might even see island resident deer grazing in full view. A great place relax with friends and or a good book.

There is also a beautiful 9 hole golf course for use by the resident. The cabin is next to a small park with barbeque pit, picnic table and future dock for your use. You can boat over to the lakeside restaurant or fish for your dinner. They stock the lake with trout and a 9 pounder was recently caught and is mounted in the restaurant. A small beach area with restrooms and picnic area is just 4 houses away to the right of the park. A salt water marina with picnic facilities is just 1/2 mile away

These two shots show the left side of the deck and the first outside corner where the cable was stopped and started again for the run across the front side that had 2 each 45 deg. turns. The right side of the deck is show below on the left and a shot down the angled portion shows how the cable vanishes in the right light. Last two photos are of the surrounding area.

The last two photos show the small "finger park" near the water and at the entry from the paved road. Deer graze in the meadow.
